We’re sad to report the passing of Mrs. Linda Casagrande – Jacoby who was an English Teacher at San Juan High School for 35 years.
Key SJAA Members Leave Us To Make Their Journey Home
Sadly, we report the loss of two wonderful ladies who gave so much time, effort and heart to the SJAA and the SJHS – Betty Bentzen, ‘47 and Eileen Metzger, ‘63. Because of all that they gave and all that they did for the SJAA and for the SJHS, we gave them special recognition in the February 2019 newsletter.

The San Juan Alumni Association is a California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation – Established 1980 – The corporation’s purposes shall include the support and encouragement of motivating students, the reward of student achievement by a broad scholarship fund, the improvement of relations between the school and home, the providing of new thinking and innovation for the betterment of SJHS and the secondary education system, and the development of volunteer efforts to achieve these purposes.
